Hi, I’m Samantha. Nutritioning Life is my way to do what I love: teach others how to take care of their bodies through food.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master of Science in Nutrition.
I currently work in the Chicago area providing nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy to clients.
I consider myself a holistic dietitian, meaning I focus on both mind and body to help you create a healthy lifestyle. I also take a non-diet approach to weight loss so you can keep the weight off long-term.

What is Nutritioning?
Nutritioning is nutrition turned into a verb – into an ongoing action.
To enjoy good health in life, you must make the choice to eat nutritious foods everyday of your life.
It’s the opposite of a diet. A diet is something that you do for a few weeks or months after years of not eating healthy. After the diet is over, you go back to eating how you did before.
Nutritioning is not a diet. It’s the art of making ongoing, life-long, intentional choices to eat foods that will benefit your body.
Nutritioning Life’s mission is to provide inspiration and credible nutrition information to Millennials struggling to eat healthy and lose weight.
